We are lucky enough to be situated in a purpose built, state-of-the-art clinic on the outskirts of Elstead and only a few miles from the A3.
Cancellations & Refunds Policy
While we will accommodate any cancellations by patients, any appointment cancelled within 48 hours of a booking will incur a cancellation fee in accordance with the below:
- Where notice is provided to us within 48 hours of a booking – 25% treatment cost fee.
- Where notice is provided to us within 24 hours – 50% treatment cost fee.
- Where notice is provided to on the day of the booking – 75% treatment cost fee.
Please call us with at least 72 hours notice if you want to change or cancel your booking and we will do our best to accommodate you.
In the case, we agree to cancel your booking we will refund you within 7 days the amount of any appointment, in the case we do not accept your cancellation you will not be entitled to a refund.
